The 20 Day Interrupt

You know the cycle. You’re done living inside it.

20 days. 5 minutes a day. We interrupt the pattern and you actually get your life back.

20 daily video lessons 5–10 min a day 3 live Q&As with Jenna community from day 1 forever access

$97 one-time · the challenge starts July 20th

You’ve done the work. The cycle is still winning.

You’ve read the books. You can explain OCD to a stranger at a party (poor stranger). You know what a compulsion is, you know avoidance is the enemy, you know the cycle by heart - you could sit someone down and walk them through the whole thing.

And you’re still checking. Still googling. Still asking “wait, is this normal” at 2am like the internet has ever once said “yes, you’re fine, go to sleep.”

Knowing the cycle and interrupting the cycle are not the same skill. One lives in your head. The other has to live in your hands, your mouth, your next 5 minutes - over and over, willy nilly, until your brain finally starts to believe it.

This isn’t another explainer. Screw more information. This is 20 days of doing the right things, repeatedly, until they stop feeling like work and start feeling like how you just operate now.

What you haven’t built yet has nothing to do with information. You have the information. You’ve had it. The thing that’s missing is the daily habit of actually responding differently - until your brain gets the memo and updates its default.
Jenna Overbaugh, LPC

on that note..

Hi. I’m Jenna.

I’ve had that fear voice since I was a kid. I just got really good at no longer listening to it.

Licensed since 2008. Trained at Rogers Memorial Hospital and Johns Hopkins - the kind of residential rooms where OCD shows up in ways most providers have never seen. Comorbidities. Unconventional presentations. Taboo thoughts that would make a brand new therapist faint. None of it surprises me. Try me.

I also had OCD once upon a time. I still catch myself doing compulsions.

I’m free not because I never have anxiety or intrusive thoughts (hello, have you met me). I’m free because they no longer dictate what I need and want to do. I do not let them make my decisions. I won’t stop until the same is true for you, too.

OCD isn’t a textbook case of “scared of germs” (although it can be that, for sure). It’s mental compulsions, rumination, sitting with uncertainty and absolutely hating it, intrusive thoughts you’d never say out loud. I built this for the person who’s so sick of OCD and anxiety running the show, they’re ready to do what it takes to build a life that’s so big, so bold, and so entirely theirs that OCD and anxiety become irrelevant.

By the end of the 20 days, you will:

Catch yourself sooner.

The window right after a trigger gets a lot easier to notice and respond to differently, instead of handing it your whole day.

Find your sneaky stuff.

The compulsions you swear you’re not doing. The reassurance you’re calling “just checking in.” We’re shining the big light on all of it.

Build a skill, not a streak.

You’re not white-knuckling through 20 days and going back to normal. You’re teaching your brain something it keeps using long after.

Finish something.

If you’re someone who starts things and drops them when you feel a little better - this one ends on Day 20. On purpose. You finish it.

Stop waiting to feel ready.

You don’t get less anxious and then start. You start, and that’s what makes you less anxious. We’re doing it backwards on purpose - because it works.

You don’t wait until July 20th.

The second you sign up, you’re in. You get immediate access to the community - where other people doing this thing are already showing up, getting hyped, and building momentum together. No waiting. The transformation starts the day you say yes.

Plus, a 4-page download lands straight in your inbox right when you join - so you can start doing the real thing before Day 1 even hits.

20 days. Here’s the breakdown.

Week1
July 20 - 24
Oh. So THAT’S what’s actually happening.

The reframe, and you start using it same day. Why knowing isn’t enough, why the thought isn’t the problem, the actual cycle - and why trying harder just feeds it.

Kickoff Live Q&A - July 20th at 12pm CST (replay available)
Week2
July 27 - 31
You’re making it worse and you don’t even know it. We’re fixing that.

The compulsions you swear you’re not doing. The avoidance dressed up as self-care. Mental compulsions, reassurance-seeking, and the language keeping you stuck.

Midway Live Q&A - July 31st at 12pm CST (replay available)
Week3
August 3 - 7
Do more of this. Less of that.

Less knowing, more doing. Why fixing the specific thing you’re scared of - the grocery store, the germs, the relationship - isn’t actually the goal. How to push your comfort zone without manufacturing panic for sport. Real ways to cut compulsions.

Week4
August 10 - 14
Making this who you are, not just something you do.

Recovery on a regular Tuesday. What to do when you slip - because you will. Building a life where OCD, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts are not the most important or even pressing thing in your life.

Final Live Q&A - August 14th at 12pm CST (replay available)

I’ll leave you with this.

There’s a version of your life where OCD, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts are not the most important or even pressing thing in your life. Where the thought shows up, you clock it, and you keep going.

That version exists. It doesn’t have to be 5 years away. We can start to see it in 20 days, 5 minutes at a time.

I give it to you straight because you deserve real tools, not another vague explanation of something you already understand.

okay, but...

Do I need a diagnosis?

No. OCD, anxiety, panic, intrusive thoughts, “I don’t know what to call it” - all welcome. If fear’s making your decisions, you’re in.

What if I miss a live Q&A?

Replays go up immediately, yours forever. Submit questions ahead of time and you’ll still get them answered. If you’d prefer to stay anonymous, send a DM instead of posting publicly - those questions get prioritized in the live.

What kinds of content will you cover?

A wide range of evidence-based approaches - some pulled from exposure and response prevention, some from inference-based CBT, some from acceptance and commitment therapy, some from metacognitive therapy. All aimed at this from a holistic approach that leaves OCD not a whole lot of wiggle room to win. These are the things I’ve seen actually help thousands of students and clients since 2008.

I’ve tried a lot of things already. Why would this work?

Because most things teach you about OCD. This builds the actual habit of responding differently, 5 minutes at a time, until it sticks.

What happens after Day 20?

You keep access to the community for one year. All 20 videos, Q&A replays, and any notes - yours forever. We'll talk about what's next on Day 20 if you want to keep going.

Can I do the payment plan?

Yes. You may get into the program at either $97 one-time, or 2 weekly payments of $54. If you choose to cancel before the second weekly charge of $54, we will not be refunding your first payment, and you will not get access to The 20 Day Interrupt unless you fulfill both payments. Please see the full terms of use policy for more information. We do not do refunds due to the digital nature of these products, and we do not allow chargebacks.

What if I’m already a Blueprint student - is there a discount?

Yes, there is a discount for students in my signature course, the OCD and Anxiety Recovery Blueprint. A discount email was sent to you and was also posted in the community (Circle, Kajabi). If you need the discount again, please email us at help@jennaoverbaughlpc.com from the email you use for the Blueprint course. If you purchase this without the discount, we unfortunately can’t process partial refunds, so please use the discount accordingly!

They didn’t come to play. Neither did I.

“Seriously that’s AWESOME. Like there’s no other trainings out there like the stuff you do - it just doesn’t exist. You’re changing the world here!!”

“Jenna I kid you not this has been SO helpful. My mom and I have tea every night and listen to each video and work together on them. It helps us both and brings us closer. It’s honestly become a joyful experience we look forward to every day. Thank you so much!”

“You’re the only person that’s come even CLOSE to helping me with my OCD in all my 12 years of having it.”

20 days. 5 minutes a day.

Starting July 20th.

Now go live your life - noise and all. - Jenna
